Every distraction dilutes your influence. Over time, your team begins to feel unseen and undervalued — even if your intentions are pure.

Distraction creates:

• Shallow relationships – You miss emotional cues and key moments.
• Inconsistent leadership – You respond to noise, not need.
• Spiritual disconnection – You stop hearing God clearly.

Focus is stewardship. Every moment is a seed, and attention is the water that helps it grow.

 

Reset Your Rhythm

Try this weekly focus ritual:

Turn off notifications for one hour a day.

Block time for prayer or stillness.

Evaluate: What truly requires my attention this week?
